Aspire Training and Business Solutions Ltd is pleased to announce a new service offering.

Using PCHelpWare we are now able to support clients remotely, without the need for an onsite appointment.

We are very excited about this service, as it allows us to be a lot more flexible and we can tend to your needs quicker than ever before. One of our consultants is usually in the office every day or two and it is easy for us to find a spare half an hour to address your query, therefore allowing you to continue what you were doing with minimum hold ups.

Convenient!


Depending on the time of year we are sometimes booked up 6 weeks in advance with training courses and onsite work - it is inefficient for the client to wait all that time, especially when often the solution only takes 10 minutes once we get there!

Interactive!


As the client and owner of the PC, you are able to watch on screen as we perform whatever tasks are necessary to support you. If we arrange a telephone call for the same time we can even turn the remote session into an interactive training session.

Secure!


PCHelpWare is a powerful remote support software system that allows Aspire TBS to take control of your PC as long as it is connected to the internet - even if they are on the other side of the world!

However, you control when we are able to access your PC, and you can take back the control of your PC at any time. If you log us out of your PC, we will not be able to log in again until you give us access again.

Green!


Remote Support is an environmentally friendly option, as our consultants are not having to drive as much and therefore do not use as much petrol.

Cost Effective!


With onsite appointments we need to charge a minimum of two hours. This means that every appointment will cost you at least $300 + GST. If you are outside of the wellington area, the potential cost is much higher due to travel costs and other disbursements.

With Remote Access we simply have a minimum “dial-in” fee of $79 + GST per session which covers the first 30 minutes, then our standard hourly rate kicks in and is charged in 15 minute increments. Even if we have an hour long remote access session the overall cost is still cheaper than an onsite appointment.

Technical Information


No router/modem/firewall configuration  is needed to access a remote PC even when it's standing on a protected network behind a NAT.

If your PC is also behind Firewall/NAT routers, PCHelpware has the solution that makes everything simple anyway. Using the provided Repeater service, no router configuration is needed at all.
