Maria Mullane – Director
Maria became an MYOB Approved Partner in 2004 when she took over management of the Wellington branch of Jumpstart Computer Accounting Trainers.
Following the decision to start a family and move to the Kapiti Coast, in December 2005 Maria started up a thriving little business which has experienced considerable growth ever since. With Aspire Training & Business Solutions Maria has continued to build considerable experience in customized setups of Accounting, Payroll and Point of Sale systems for a huge variety of different clients, as well as gaining excellent skills in classroom and one on one training.
Never believing that one size fits all, in June 2008 Maria also became a Xero Certified Consultant which means she is now able to offer a more varied range of solutions for clients.
Maria has around 13 years of hands on experience in accounting and process improvement for businesses, so she prides herself on having a relevant understanding of the challenges faced by business owners today.
Her true passion lies in empowering others with the knowledge and understanding they need to better manage their own businesses. Maria is a great communicator who is always up for a laugh and loves meeting new people.
Kerry Macaulay - Director
Kerry became an MYOB Approved Partner in 2005 after working with Maria for a couple of years providing the preferred MYOB training classes for the Wellington area.
Since then she has continued to provide training for the Wellington, Lower Hutt and Porirua area. She has continued to provide ongoing MYOB support to her clients including consultancy work, bookkeeping and general support with PAYE and GST compliance.
Kerry enjoys the opportunity to be out in the field meeting new people and developing good business relations with her clients.
Prior to becoming an MYOB trainer and consultant, Kerry had her own businesses. She worked in the racing industry for 18 years with a staff of twelve. This came to an end with the birth of her twins. She then went into partnership with a friend running a nappy service from home!
Recently she has been in a small partnership working in training MYOB accounting and payroll and providing consultancy support.
Kerry is looking forward to working with the Aspire Solutions team with their comprehensive support and innovative approach to finding the best solutions for their clients.
Tracey Ferry - Office Manager
Tracey has approximately 15 years of experience in senior administration and office management roles, predominantly in corporate organisations.
As well as having top level systems knowledge, organisational and interpersonal skills, Tracey’s passion lies in office systems and procedures, assisting businesses to streamline their own internal procedures to achieve optimal efficiency.
Tracey has been involved with Aspire for approximately two years, providing support in several areas, and has recently signed on as our Office Manager to assist with document management, business systems and scheduling, bookkeeping, and anything else that needs doing to keep the team ticking along!
Tracey is vibrant and outgoing, always immaculately presented and very professional. When not beavering her way through the mountains of paper in the Aspire office, Tracey is a keen runner, having completed two half-marathons. She plays netball and goes to the gym, and when time and weather permit she enjoys taking care of her large and usually rather unruly garden.
Louise Taylor – Office Administrator
Louise finished her 7th form year with Kapiti College at the end of 2008 and has recently joined the Aspire Solutions team in an administration support and customer service role. Louise has completed several computer related courses which have provided her with an excellent understanding of computers and software.
Louise is keen and excited to learn more about accounting software and the procedures involved in day to day accounting. Louise is fun and friendly and loves working with people.
It is a breath of fresh air having this bright young woman in the office and we look forward to helping her develop her skills in the workplace for a long time to come.
