By handling the administration of your own business activities on a day-to day basis, you will not only save money but you will also then have access to more up to date information on sales, profitability, projects, stock levels, credit control AND MUCH MORE!!
Ideally we like to work with our clients from the very beginning when you are investigating options for a new system, or have already made the decision to purchase MYOB software.
However, if you are an existing MYOB user please read on – there is help at hand!!!
Stage1 = Discussion/Consultation
We will ask many probing questions to determine the best MYOB solution for your business.
If need be we will look at your existing systems to see if we can replicate or improve on the information you are currently receiving.
Stage 2 = Planning
We will work with you to plan the purchase and setup of your MYOB system within a reasonable and realistic timeframe.
Stage 3 = Installation and Setup of MYOB Data file
It is very simple to setup your MYOB file, or have us check your setup before you get too far ahead – Correct setup is crucial to the ongoing success of your system.
Stage 4 = Training
We will provide you with as little or as much training as you require, either one on one or in groups. This can be done all at once, or in stages – however suits you best.
Following these four stages, or if you have already completed any of these stages yourself, we will also provide as necessary:
- Review of information entered to date and assistance with correcting of entries as necessary
- Troubleshooting and ongoing system enhancements
- End of Year Rollover
- Integration with other software programs
- Phone and Email Support – your questions answered within 48 hours
- Assistance with any other supplementary systems and subjects such as:
Depreciation, Excel Spreadsheets, Employment Law, etc All Training and Consulting is charged at an hourly rate so you can manage your costs at all times. All costs exclude GST.
