Payroll Services
Are you confused about KIWISAVER?
Do you find annual leave administration a nightmare?
Do you keep forgetting to pay PAYE on time?
Are you struggling to find the time to efficiently manage your payroll?
Whether you run a weekly, fortnightly or monthly payroll (or a combination of these!) we are happy to calculate your pays and manage your employee information.
Our Payroll Service is completed from our office, so all you need to do is fax or email timesheets to us and we will take care of the rest!
After initial consultation and setup of your Payroll system, upon subscription to our Payroll Service you can expect that we will complete most of the standard payroll functions you would normally complete yourself, such as:
- Maintenance of your employee information (IRD no, bank details, pay rates etc)
- Data entry of Hours worked/Salary information
- Ensuring Accurate Leave records
- Ensuring Accurate records of deductions (Kiwisaver, Fines etc)
- Printing or emailing payslips as required
- Printing or emailing summarised payroll reports for each pay run completed
- Preparation of PAYE return information (returns must be filed and paid by you)
- Preparation of analytical payroll reports as required for Statistics, ACC calculations etc…
Upon completion of each pay run we will provide you with the details necessary to pay the relevant amounts to your staff, including a text file for importing directly to your banking software if required.
If you are using MYOB Accounting/Accounting Plus/Premier software we will also provide you with a text file for importing the accounting information.
