Is there any way that we can print out a report that shows us entries where no job number has been entered at the time of entry into MYOB. I have printed off job reports using specific job numbers, but I know that there are some entries without job numbers.

In the reports menu, under the Accounts reports, scroll down to the heading that says "Jobs".

There are 2 "Job Exceptions" reports.   These will give you the info you are after, and should be run every month anyway as a double check.   Once the report is displayed, if you hold the mouse over the transaction you will get a magnifying glass. You can then click the mouse and go directly into the transaction where you can make the necessary amendment.  (Remember to then redisplay the report)
