Is there a report in MYOB which shows a client’s sales invoices and the number of days it took to be paid.

There sure is.  If you go into the Reports index, look up the Sales reports, then go to the heading which says “Customer”.  There is a report called “Payments (closed invoices)” which will give the amount paid and no of days elapsed between invoice date and payment date. ***Note: it will only show fully paid invoices, not partially paid ones.
